Our role as freight forwarder, from pickup to delivery

Booking directly with an airline limits you to its routes and its rate sheet. A freight forwarder compares the entire market and orchestrates the full chain. In practice:

  1. You share the details. Commodity, dimensions, weight, origin, destination, deadline.
  2. We select the air carrier. Based on the destination, the deadline and the nature of the shipment.
  3. We prepare the documentation. Air waybill (AWB) and complete shipping file before departure, while customs formalities go through licensed customs brokers we work hand in hand with.
  4. We handle it door to door. Pickup and final delivery through our road transport network.
  5. We track in real time. You know where your freight is, and we deal with exceptions before they reach you.

Airlines compare the actual weight and the volumetric weight of a shipment and bill the higher of the two. Destination, urgency, special handling and fuel also influence the invoice. What transit times can I expect in air freight?

Can dangerous goods be shipped by air?

Yes, within a strict framework: certified carriers, compliant packaging and IATA documentation. We coordinate the whole thing with qualified carriers, and classification of the goods remains the shipper’s responsibility.
